Rent-Ready Turnovers with Verified Photo Proof

At Prompt & Proper Home Services LLC, we specialize in turnover cleaning for rental properties, short-term rentals, and residential units. Our mission is simple: connect property managers, landlords, and owners with qualified cleaning professionals while ensuring every service is documented and quality-controlled.

How It Works

We’ve simplified the turnover process into a controlled six-step workflow to make it easy for property managers and owners to understand, schedule, and track.

1. Request

Submit the Request a Turnover form with property details. Do not include access codes—these are handled securely inside our system.

2. Intake

We confirm vacancy status, bed/bath count, utilities, access method, add-ons, and the recipients of the closeout photos.

3. Schedule

Once intake is complete, a service window is confirmed. Scheduling is blocked until access and scope are verified.

4. Service

Our independent vendor partner completes the turnover cleaning according to the booked package and any add-ons selected.

5. QC Review

Every job undergoes a quality control check, reviewing photos and completion against our standards. Services are only marked complete once QC-approved.

6. Closeout Pack Delivered

You receive a QC-approved Photo Proof Pack + Service Summary, including the exact statement: “Access secured / lock-up confirmed.”

Included Spaces & Scope

Turnovers include:

  • Kitchen: countertops, sink, appliances’ exterior surfaces
  • Bathrooms: vanities, sinks, toilets, tubs, and showers (up to booked bath count)
  • Bedrooms: floors and visible surfaces (wide shot documentation when vacant)
  • Living/common areas: floors and visible surfaces, including hallways and entryways

Excluded areas: garages, basements, attics, crawl spaces, exterior areas, balconies/porches, utility rooms, storage cages, and any access-restricted zones (unless explicitly approved).

Pricing & Packages

We offer straightforward, outcome-based pricing for rent-ready turnovers. Every service includes a QC-reviewed Photo Proof Closeout Pack so you know exactly what’s been completed. Packages are designed to fit any property size, with optional add-ons for appliance interiors, cabinet cleaning, baseboards, and more.
